HITBOT EFG-40-100 | Eletric gripper

The Hitbot Z-EFG-40-100 is a 2-finger parallel electric gripper designed for industrial applications that require large stroke capacity, high stability and precise motion control. Its extended stroke allows flexible handling of parts with different dimensions.

The gripper features a adjustable 40 mm total stroke, adjustable gripping force from 30 to 200 N and a recommended payload capacity of up to 1 kg. Its robust structure provides stable operation and excellent performance in continuous industrial automation applications.

With ±0.02 mm repeatability and precise control of position, speed and gripping force, the Z-EFG-40-100 is ideal for pick-and-place, machine tending, assembly, industrial component handling and process automation applications.

The model includes an integrated controller, Modbus RTU (RS-485) and digital I/O communication, as well as intelligent features such as object drop detection and precise operating parameter adjustment. Its compact design allows easy integration with industrial robots, cobots and automated cells.
